TYPE OF SERVICE REQUEST
A. REQUEST FOR SERVICE CHARGES FIRST > We have to diagnose the machine before advising on the cost. It might take us 3-5 working days to inform you on the service cost. > There will be charges incurred for labour checking & transportation, even if the client DECIDES NOT to proceed with service.
B. ON-SITE CHECKING > In order to be able to advise on service cost, we have to diagnose the issue before advising on the cost. The client needs to take note of any potential LABOUR & TRANSPORTATION charges that may arise. > If the service is requested on the spot after on-site checking on the same day, the client will be charged only ONCE for labour and transportation charges. > If the service is to be carried out on another time, the client will be charged TWICE for labour and transportation charges. **When possible, client to provide video or image of defect to facilitate the identification of problem
C. NEEDS TO ATTEND TO THE SERVICE URGENTLY > We will charge based on the service, labour & transportation costs incurred. > Please express your agreement to this with our sales support team via email, messaging apps or any other forms of communication before arranging for any service.
